Why Build Better?

Building this to be better.

I’ve had an inkling to begin learning in public for some time now, though I couldn’t put my finger on how exactly.

I have been fascinated by questions about building with intention and impact. How can a business utilise behavioural insights for better product adoption? How can a feature be redesigned for better accessibility? How does the gender data gap impact the design of technology? How can we better collect health data from wearables?

There are two questions that always come to mind, whatever the topic. These are “why does this exist/ why is it needed?”, and “how does it work/how can it work better?”.

Build Better was born to share my learnings about what it takes to build for the better, and what it takes to build better than we ever have.
